Joyce Morrison

Joyce takes exterior and interior photos of your home with a digital camera, and inputs them in the MLS and all the different internet sites I market on. She also helps advertise your home by submitting it to the Real Estate Book, along with professional remarks and helps create postcards and flyers I send out throughout the year. Joyce also does all my marketing to the other agents keeping your home on the top of their “show” lists!!
 

Theresa Barker-
Transaction Coordinator 

Theresa is my central communications point to stay on top of lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, insurance companies and the other 20 people and 40 steps involved in a successful closing. Theresa has many years of experience in the Real Estate industry and her experience includes expert customer service, finance, sales and administrative support. If Theresa doesn’t have the answers, she will get you to the right place and get you taken care of. Her knowledge and determination to please my clients aids her in skillfully working through issues with buyers and sellers.
