Then I work closely with Paula to make sure every detail and potential problem within the escrow process is handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Ernie has lived in the greater Seattle area since 1965 and has enjoyed the business of Real Estate for more than 7 years. He has a business management background and specializes in working with home buyers and their families. Ernie has many clients insisting that his level of service is exceeded by none. Joyce Morrison
Seller Services Coordinator  

Joyce takes exterior and interior photos of your home with a digital camera, and inputs them in the MLS and all the different internet sites I market on. She also helps advertise your home by submitting it to the Real Estate Book, along with professional remarks and helps create postcards and flyers I send out throughout the year. Joyce also does all my marketing to the other agents keeping your home on the top of their “show” lists!!
 

Paula Smith-
Transaction Coordinator 

Paula is my central communications point to stay on top of lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, insurance companies and the other 20 people and 40 steps involved in and successful closing. She has experience with escrow, lenders and the buying and selling process. Her knowledge and friendly, calm demeanor aids her in skillfully working through issues with buyers and sellers.
